At Praise and Purpose Apparel, we want you to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t work out, we’ll do our best to make it right.
🕒 30-Day Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To qualify, items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn and unused
- Tags attached
- Original packaging included
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and full instructions.
⚠️ Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Some items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need:
- Return your original item.
- Once approved, place a new order for the item you’d like.
💳 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
- If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@praiseandpurposeapparel.com.
